Job Description

Founded in 1999, Ecolution Group provides renewable energy technologies to commercial and social housing sectors. Our dedicated team design, supply, install and maintain assets such as Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat Pumps, MVHR, Battery Storage and EV Chargers for our clients' renewable energy requirements.

We are now seeking an experienced Operations/Maintenance Manager with a background in either electrical or mechanical engineering (with relevant qualifications); knowledge of renewable technologies is desired. This role requires experience in leading and managing teams of engineers and achieving total client satisfaction by managing all aspects of planned, preventative and day-to-day reactive maintenance work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all engineering teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in full compliance with contractual, environmental, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Achieve budget, revenue and gross profit targets without compromising Health & Safety. Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to. Assist with quotes and pricing. Ensure all works scheduled are completed on time. Attend, and when required, chair internal and external meetings and maintain accurate records. Plan to make best use of business resources. Effectively manage Engineer teams. Ensure effective management control processes are in place. Implement performance monitoring and improvement processes. Understand and communicate client needs throughout the business. Retain and expand client accounts through repeat business. Implement the business strategy. Delivery of KPIs and KPDs, such as first-time fix, response time and Health & Safety. Oversee all engineers, ensuring they are motivated, trained and performing to the required standard. Ensure resources are efficiently allocated/managed to improve cost control. Ensure engineers produce quality daily work record reports that can be issued to our clients.
