As we continue to grow, our Production Department
plays a critical role in keeping our operations efficient, organised and running to the highest standard. With more sites, more events and expanding provision, we are now looking for a
Production Assistant
to join our dynamic, supportive team.
Role Overview & Purpose
The
Production Assistant
is a key junior role within our Production Department, working closely with the Production Managers to ensure
smooth daily operations across all Munchkin provisions
.
This is a varied, hands-on and fast-paced role -- perfect for someone who is methodical, meticulous, organised, proactive, and eager to support a high-performing team. You will be involved in facility management, equipment logistics, stock control, administrative coordination and on-site operational support.

Your day to day responsibilities:
Operational & Production Support
Assist the Production Managers in planning, scheduling and coordinating activities across all provisions and events.
Support with day-to-day operational organisation to ensure all programmes run smoothly.
Help prepare and maintain schedules, checklists and resource plans.
Equipment, Stock & Logistics
Assist with sourcing, ordering and procurement of equipment and supplies.
Manage equipment: packing, distributing and retrieving resources for clubs, camps and events.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventories, ensuring everything is accounted for and ready for use.
Administrative Duties
Support with documentation, reports, spreadsheets, presentations and planning tools.
Keep internal systems, records and departmental databases updated and accurate.
Assist with communication between internal teams and liaise with delivery staff when required.
On-Site Support
Attend select events, promotional days and operational set-ups to support the Production Managers.
Provide practical, hands-on support as part of the wider operational team when needed.

Experience & Requirements
Minimum
1

2 years' experience in an office environment

Strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word essential)
Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
Full driving licence (required)
Interest in sports, children's activities or operations is a bonus but not essential
