Operatives

to join our growing Operations team at

Hazclear

. You'll play a vital role in supporting industrial cleaning and environmental projects across various sites -- helping keep businesses safe, compliant and operational.

What You'll Do

Support industrial cleaning and environmental response projects (e.g. tank cleaning, spill response, surface decontamination) Operate specialist equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum trucks and chemical cleaning systems Work safely and efficiently, following all procedures and site rules Assist with hazardous waste handling, packaging and disposal Collaborate with the site team to complete jobs on time and to a high standard Maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring they're safe and ready for use

Optional:

Support non-hazardous tanker work if you hold an HGV licence (training provided if needed)

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in industrial cleaning, waste management or a related field is great -- but not essential A strong commitment to health and safety Willingness to work outdoors, in various environments and sometimes out of hours (rota-based) Team player with good communication skills

HGV Licence (Class 2)

- advantageous(not required) Positive attitude and willingness to learn -- we invest in our people
