Operative
Business Unit: 5049 - Hertfordshire
Location: Saint Albans
Summary
To carry out a wide range of routine, cyclical works, operations and traffic management including, maintenance and construction works.Where required, to respond to incidents and call outs during or out of hours as required and assist with winter maintenance.

Prepared to contribute to and participate fully in team workPrepared to work varying hours to meet the needs of the business
Will apply skills to a variety of tasks, providing support to others and on site training to junior operatives/apprentices
Prepared to develop and undertake relevant training and qualifications
Able to complete record sheets, paper or electronic inc. tablet device
Able to take responsibility for plant, equipment and vehicle defect inspections
Must be able to meet and exceed output target
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 39 - Monday to Friday
