We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operator to join our team in Dundee, United Kingdom. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment in the production line Perform assembly tasks for different products and components Conduct quality checks and inspections on finished products Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency Prepare and handle materials required for production processes Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to supervisors Maintain accurate records of production activities and completed work Adapt to changing production schedules and priorities as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (SPM) 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Basic competency in operating machinery, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic math skills for measurements and simple calculations Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work in different shifts as required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets Quick learner with a positive attitude towards acquiring new skills
