Pay & Contract
Starting hourly rate:
14.04 (training rate)
Incremental increases every 4 weeks during probation:
14.78
15.96
17.13
Full rate:
18.43 per hour + applicable shift premiums
Contract:
Permanent, full?time

Experience in manufacturing or working to tight specifications is helpful but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
Operating CNC machinery
to produce components following approved methods
Developing machine?setting capability
to meet company standards
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
to ensure correct alignment and setup
Inspecting components
in line with quality procedures and taking approved corrective action
Using CMM equipment
to support inspection activities
Meeting production, quality, and housekeeping targets
set by supervision
Following company policies
including Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, and SOX requirements
Desirable (Training Provided)
CNC machining experience
Manufacturing background
CMM operation knowledge
Ability to read technical drawings
Competence in manual measurement and self?inspection
