Sizewell C will create a 3.2 gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for at least 60 years. It will be built next to Sizewell B which began operating in 1995 and has so far avoided more than 76 million tonnes of carbon emissions. Our proposal is to build a new nuclear power station on the East Suffolk coast which will supply 6 million homes with low-carbon electricity.

This role will be hybrid with a minimum of 1-2 days at Aztec West in Bristol
What you'll be doing


You will be responsible of a package of opportunities which are critical for the delivery of the project. Such opportunities cover a large range of discipline (engineering, construction, processes, IT, contract management...) and you will be responsible for the end-to-end process.





You will interact with relevant internal and external stakeholders to identify and analyse the opportunities. You will be responsible of driving the decision-making process, implementing decisions to the project baseline up to closure and benefits quantification.

Proactively lead the opportunity management process (incl. identification,

option assessment (quality/time/cost), decision making) up to


implementation and closure

Anticipate, manage and resolve issues working closely with relevant

stakeholders

Take cognisance of project constraints and status (e.g. design maturity,

procurement and construction schedules, safety case...) throughout


management of opportunities

Liaise with relevant SME to strengthen opportunities assessment

Who we're looking for






Track record of delivering construction projects within a technically

complex and dynamic environment whilst ensuring high levels of safety,


security and environmental responsibility, ideally within the Nuclear


Energy sector or similar regulated environment.

Demonstrate success in managing / developing:
+ Engineering design, contract and field execution strategies forproject delivery

+ Multi-discipline EPCM projects
+ On-site construction sequence

Experience of successfully engaging groups of stakeholders
Able to demonstrate strong management skills including project

management, financial management, change management and facilitation.

Proficient in the use of estimating, scheduling, programming and risk tools
Good presentation, influencing and facilitation skills.
Able to obtain a security clearance.
