As an Optical Assistant, you'll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

The role?

Clinical department based predominantly assisting with pre and post eye examination checks, using devices such as OCT, auto refractor and FARS Assist with Hearcare enquires and conduct informative basic screening tests Showing customers how to safely take contact lenses in and out along with discussing the benefits of our Subscription service Administration duties

What we're looking for?

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Experience in optics business Basic knowledge/experience of optical terminology
