Duties:
Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features Provide guidance on lens options, frames, and lens coatings Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses Perform basic repairs and adjustments on eyeglasses Maintain inventory of eyewear and contact lenses Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Apprenticeship:
This role is offered as an apprenticeship with on-the-job training No prior optical experience required; full training will be provided
Experience:
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
Location: Burnley
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 7.55-8.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
