Your role:
As an Optical Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and managing appointment bookings
Assisting patients with frame selection and styling advice
Explaining lens options and pricing clearly and confidently
Supporting the optometrist with day-to-day practice duties
Maintaining a clean, organised, and friendly retail environment
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in optics or a retail/customer service role is preferred (but not essential - training can be provided for the right candidate!)
A warm, professional manner and a genuine passion for helping people
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
