Duties

Taking precise measurements of patients' eyes. Supporting the selection and fitting of spectacles and contact lenses Organising and managing optical stock levels and ensuring cleanliness of the shop floor Providing excellent customer service by answering patient queries and explaining optical products Keeping detailed records of patient information and treatment plans in compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements

Previous optical experience is essential Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members Ability to work accurately under pressure. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about optical procedures and products Driving license is preferred but not essential
