What our Optical Assistant do:

Create a welcoming vibe

- Make every customer feel seen and excited to be in store.

Deliver clear style advice

- Help customers find frames that feel right for them by sharing helpful style tips.

Share your knowledge

- Explain the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits so customers can make the right choice.

Get every detail right

- Polish lenses, adjust frames, and make sure every pair leaves looking sharp and ready to wear.

Handle sales with care

- Walk customers through lens upgrades, coatings, and add-ons to ensure they leave with exactly what they need.
