Since we moved to our bigger and better premises just off the Promenade in Cheltenham town centre, our demand has rocketed and we're looking for more friendly faces to join our team! Harper & Cooper Opticians is a family-run, independent Opticians with a passion for unique eyewear and exceptional customer service. Our patients are at the very heart of what we do and we love helping people become confident when they look in the mirror.

As an Optical Assistant, you will be one of the shining stars of the business! Your role is to provide 5-star customer service and perform tasks to help the practice run effectively and efficiently. Such duties would include:

- Help our customers who want to find the perfect specs for them - all dispensing training provided

- Answering phones with a friendly, happy demeanor

- Make teas or coffees for all our lovely customers

- We want you to just be your lovely self who is approachable and welcoming

We are looking for a new member of staff on a full time basis.

Working hours include Saturdays

Experience in the optical sector desired

but not essential

- all training will be provided
