At Specsavers Home Visits we are looking for someone who wants to learn and be part of the Specsavers group of opticians
We have a fantastic role for a Mobile Optical Assistant for one of the countries leading companies in the optical sector.
The optical assistant is an integral part of the test team, expected to work with the optometrist during clinic days or individually during deliveries. During clinic test day's optical assistant is expected to lead the team ensuring the best level of service is delivered, using expertise and knowledge to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.
Through a mix of clinics and delivery days, you will have direct contact with customers so professionalism, flexibility and excellent communication skills are paramount. To be considered for this role you should be able to meet the following criteria:
Adaptable to care home environment
Customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal skill
Team Player
You must have a sympathetic approach and empathy due to the nature of clients you will be visiting. OPTICAL EXPERIENCE is not required - full training and support is given to the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
