Your Purpose

At Specsavers, we are passionate about our people and their development. You will receive thorough and continued training and development to enhance your understanding of optical products, so previous Optical experience is not always necessary, but a passion for fantastic customer service is a must!
You will be a key part in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and an outstanding store environment both for our customers and our team.
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Working hours: Part-Time (minimum of 22 hours per week) and Full-Time (38 hours per week). Weekend work is essential to this role.
Experience level: We are happy to train suitable candidates and welcome all levels of experience to our team. At Specsavers, our Optical Assistants use the latest computer-controlled equipment and an eye for detail & accuracy to maintain high standards and maximise customer satisfaction.
