We are a third generation family run practice. We offer an exceptionally high level of service and standards in a fun relaxed environment .

We are a small highly skilled team. We have two practices, one in quaint village of Poynton and the other in Didsbury Manchester

We are known for our eyewear and customer journey. The role is perfect for you if You're passionate about eyewear and style :-

You enjoy dispensing and are confident you can do it with flare.

You like to make personal connections with clients, whether that's on the phone, in reception or in a dispensing consultation.

You love to get involved in the day to day tasks that happen in a boutique business to create an exceptional experience for customers.

You're a team player - getting involved with setting the practice up each morning, greetings clients as they arrive, making drinks for clients, quality control and checking in clients eyewear.

Your skills will be far above an average dispensing optician when it comes to communication, understanding customer perceptions, building personal relationships, delivering an experience.

You're not just interested in " only getting your wages " but in developing your skills and career, and making a positive contribution to a business establishment and the community it serves.

What will I need in order to be considered for this opportunity?

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with "no excuses" is absolutely essential to thrive in this position. We're looking for someone who is great with people. Ability to multitask and keep on top of lots of details. A positive outlook, tons of enthusiasm to learn and "can-do" attitude are most important.
