The Role: Optical Assistant, Full-time.



Location: Mobile, covering all our branches in Mansfield, Southwell, Ollerton and Warsop in Nottinghamshire.



As an Optical Assistant, you play a vital role in the day-to-day success of our branches. Working closely with our Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians, you'll help deliver the outstanding care and service our clients expect and deserve.

This is a client-facing role where trust and attention to detail are essential. You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth branch operations, as well as communicating with clients both in person at reception and over the phone.

Our systems are fully computer-based, and full training will be provided to help you feel confident using our software.

The ideal candidate will be:

Key Skills and Qualifications



Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom GCSE standard or relevant experience or transferable skills.
