to join our friendly practice and support the delivery of outstanding patient care.

The Role

As

Optical Assistant Team Lead

, you will:Lead and support our team of Optical Assistants, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Deliver an excellent patient journey, from first welcome through to dispensing and aftercare. Support clinical colleagues, including managing pre-screening, appointment booking and diary organisation. Oversee stock management, merchandising, and product presentation. Play a key role in training and developing the team, leading by example. Contribute ideas and initiatives to continually improve service and patient experience.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Optical Assistant (essential) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others A passion for delivering exceptional patient care Organised, approachable, and confident in problem-solving
