Optical Assistant - Chafford Hundred

As an Optical Assistant, you'll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we're looking for?

Previous experience in customer service Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier Great teamwork A good initiative Confidence in using IT systems Excellent communication and listening skills Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we'll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless).
