We're currently looking for a

friendly, driven, and people-focused Optical Assistant or Dispensing Optician

to join our growing team.

Your Role

You'll be a vital member of our two-person testing teams, working side-by-side with our Optometrists. You'll be responsible for managing the daily clinic logistics, assisting during eye tests, dispensing glasses, and ensuring a seamless, professional experience for every client.

This is a rewarding, fast-paced role where your energy and organisation make all the difference.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Optometrist during domiciliary eye tests Dispensing glasses to clients and offering expert advice Managing NHS GOS forms and the HomeSight patient care pack Driving the team between appointments and overseeing clinic logistics Acting as the friendly, professional face of HomeSight at every visit

What We're Looking For

Ideally a graduate with experience in optics or healthcare A strong sales or customer care background, preferably in Optics Someone who is friendly, confident, and naturally organised Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player Excellent written English and communication skills A full UK driving licence is essential
