Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role within a supportive team? We are seeking a dedicated
HR Business Advisor
for a 6-month maternity cover to provide expert HR guidance and support across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional HR advice and support on a range of employee relations issues.
Assist with recruitment and selection, to include the management of international recruitment and social mediums platforms.
Assist with the management of short and long-term absenteeism.
Produce HR analytical reports as required.
Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Essential Criteria:
At least one years experience in a HR practitioner role.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and IT skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
CIPD qualification or actively working towards achieving it.]
Access to a car and full driving license and care insurance in connection with business use.
