As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and sharing the story of Optimum Care Group and its associated businesses. From campaign creation to public relations, your work will spotlight the people we support and reflect our values in everything you do.
This is a dynamic role for a passionate marketer who can bring ideas to life across digital and traditional platforms, build community connections, and drive meaningful engagement through compelling content and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
Create content and manage social media.
Support events and community engagement.
Maintain and build brand identity.
Ensure compliance and analyse performance.
Essential Criteria
At least 3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or digital content role.
Proficient in using marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
Experience managing social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Driving licence and access to a car with insurance in connection with business
What We Offer
A competitive salary of
32,000 per annum
and benefits package, 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays, private medical insurance after 1 years service, free parking.
