The Oracle CPQ Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of robust Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions within our organization. This role is execution-focused, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. The role requires managing both internal development teams and external implementation partners, while driving accountability and alignment across all contributors.


A key aspect of this position is close collaboration with other technical leads across ERP, CRM, CLM, Billing, and eCommerce platforms to ensure seamless cross-application integration and solution design. The Technical Lead must be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements, priorities, and environments, while maintaining focus on delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Oracle CPQ expertise with the ability to lead teams, navigate complex integrations, and maintain a sharp focus on execution excellence.

What you'll do



Lead and manage the end-to-end technical delivery and support of Oracle CPQ solutions, ensuring scalability, best practices, and alignment with business requirements. Manage and advise a team of Oracle CPQ developers, administrators, and analysts while collaborating with internal tech leads and external partners. Understand processes, requirements, and priorities, ensuring confidence in the team's ability to deliver quality results. Evaluate and recommend Oracle CPQ solution options to address complex business needs. Serve as the primary technical authority for Oracle CPQ-related inquiries. Build a deep understanding of end-to-end sales and quoting processes across the business. Design, implement, and optimize Oracle CPQ configurations, commerce rules, pricing logic, workflows, and integrations. Ensure seamless integrations between Oracle CPQ and other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, CLM, billing, and partner portals. Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact business operations. Raise risks and blockers early and collaborate across teams to resolve them.

What you'll need



Must have extensive IT service delivery experience, focusing on Oracle CPQ and enterprise application integrations. Expertise in Oracle CPQ architecture, configuration, commerce, and pricing setup. Strong experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, CLM, and eCommerce platforms. Proven track record of delivering Oracle CPQ projects in complex enterprise environments. End-to-end implementation experience including rules, workflows, approvals, and integrations. Strong understanding of CPQ architecture, cloud deployment models, and enterprise data flows. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Oracle CPQ Administration and Configuration, including advanced commerce rules and pricing models. Solution design expertise for Oracle CPQ integrations with other enterprise applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms, security, and Agile/Scrum delivery models. Oracle CPQ certifications and cloud architecture certifications are a plus.
