Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with strong experience in Oracle database encryption techniques (TDE, data masking, etc.) and hands-on expertise with RCU (Repository Creation Utility) used in Oracle Fusion Middleware installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, securing, and maintaining Oracle databases across production and development environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Databases (11g/12c/19c).
Implement and manage Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and other encryption techniques to secure sensitive data.
Perform database hardening and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Run and manage RCU (Repository Creation Utility) for creating required schemas for Oracle Fusion Middleware products (SOA, OBIEE, OIM, etc.).
Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code.
Manage database backup, recovery, cloning, and disaster recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Pump.
Work with application and middleware teams to support system integrations.
Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates in a controlled and documented manner.
Ensure high availability and scalability of Oracle database environments.
Participate in on-call support and handle incident/problem resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years as an Oracle DBA in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with Oracle TDE, data encryption, and masking techniques.
Hands-on expertise with RCU operations, schema creation, and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle architecture, performance tuning, and database internals.
Experience with Oracle ASM, RAC, and Data Guard is a plus.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is an advantage.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management processes.
Preferred Certifications:
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) - DBA
Oracle Database Security Expert Certification (preferred)

Pay: 300.00-350.00 per day
