What You'll Be Doing



Providing day-to-day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients. Designing and advising on solutions, processes, and configuration best practices. Leading knowledge transfer sessions, training, and coaching colleagues. Supporting pre-sales activities, including demonstrations. Acting as a subject matter expert on Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements. Producing clear, high-quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team. Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For



Essential Skills & Experience:



Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Absence & HR Helpdesk. Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).

Desirable Skills:



Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, OTL). Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
