Private Oral Surgery Position - Ascent Dental Care Solihull (B93), Tamworth (B79) & Loughborough (LE11)

1 Day P/W - Fridays (8.30-5.30) from April 2026

About Us

Ascent Dental Care is a well-established private dental group with five practices across the Midlands. We are known for delivering high-quality dentistry in a calm, modern environment and for providing excellent patient experiences. Our practices are fully equipped with modern technology and have a strong reputation for clinical excellence, resulting in a steady flow of referrals and private patients.

We have a high quality suite of clinicians with specialists/special interest in Periodontics, Orthodontics, Endodontics, Implantology and Sedation. We have over 100 referring clinicians into the group from external practices and regularly hold CPD events with local practices and clinicians.

The Role

We are seeking a Private Oral Surgeon to join our clinical teams in Solihull, Tamworth and Loughborough practices. We have availability to offer one day per week, every Friday working across the three locations.

You will be providing a range of oral surgery treatments, with a reliable referral base from our in-house dentists. The role allows you to focus on clinical care, supported by experienced nursing teams and efficient practice management.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate must be a recognised specialist Oral Surgeon, ideally with a number of years' prior experience in private practice

A background in sedation would be highly desirable for this opportunity

A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality Dentistry to patients, ensuring they have a fantastic experience meeting the business' expectations

Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and understand their unique needs and desires

A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements
