An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-presented Team Member to work within our award-winning Spa Hotel, in our popular and impressive 2 AA Rosette Restaurant with a sleek and contemporary bar.

Interested in:

A professional and approachable individual who is keen to present the work of our skilled chefs to guests enjoying a stylish and vibrant dining environment.

The chosen candidate will carry out a variety of duties whilst striving to enhance sales and service, becoming a key part of the welcoming atmosphere in which our guests enjoy lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate expertise of operating in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment.

Willingness and the ability to work well within a team to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage facilities at the Spa Hotel Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding customer service The ability to perform under pressure Pro-active with excellent follow through on tasks Good time management and organisational skills Attention to detail Excellent personal presentation Previous experience working in a 4 level establishment or above would be desirable.

Availability:

We currently have 1 permanent position, offering 40 hours over 5 days in a department that operates 7 days a week.

Full flexibility to work weekends, early mornings and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
