Job Description

Supercraft is a precision aerospace engineering facility in the UK, which manufacture components and assemblies for aircraft industry around the world, with major customers such as Airbus, Agusta Westland and BAE Systems. Supercraft originated in 1982 and its Head office is located in in Byfleet, Surrey. In 2013 they acquired part of the former BAE site at Brough, East Yorkshire. The Brough facilities main focus is the manufacture of pipes and ducting within the Aerospace industry.

Job Summary:



Responsible for handling the orders of prestigious aviation clients. Processing multiple orders for a wide variety of parts and materials from placement to manufacturing to delivery. Effectively manage the transaction cycle with the client from order placement to delivery by way of great communication. To provide and process information in response to their enquiry, concerns and requests about their order.

Key Responsibilities:



Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the order book for our major customers Process all orders timely and accurately Track orders and update onto reporting systems timely and accurately Liaising with the Team, Cell Leaders and Supply Chain to organise workflow to meet customer timeframes and specification Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate cell leader or supply chain, and escalate by exception Respond promptly to customer enquiries Provide regular progress updates to customer whether customer review, or other forms of communication Anticipate and mange delays and effectively liaise with customer to manage expectations Handle and resolve customer enquiries/complaints Create and continually update SOP for customer specific needs

Experience:



Knowledge of order book owner principles e.g. customer services Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inclusive of charts, tables and vlookup Knowledge of administrative procedures Problem analysis and problem solving Attention to Detail and Accuracy Customer Facing Effective Preparation and Planning capabilities Relationship building skills Ability to work well under pressure
