A minimum of 1 year office-based Data Entry / Administration experience is preferred.
The role involves issuing orders onto our systems for fulfilment by BT, attention to detail checking contracts, liaising with our Sales Teams to correct any issues before orders are placed, alongside general administration duties. Will also involve some liaising with customers to help resolve their service, billing or order issues. A bonus scheme is also available for referrals for other products to our Sales teams.
The Role is extremely varied as every order, service, billing or fault issue is unique - no two days are ever the same! A friendly but organised "can do" attitude is needed in order to keep our team and customers satisfied. We are a friendly but energetic busy office of approximately 50 people who believe in strong team work and excellent customer service but also having a lot of fun along the way.
The role is based in our modern offices in Kempston, working hours of 8.45 to 5.15 Mon - Fri.
