Up to 26,000 per year

This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week on site after your training.


What you'll be doing?

Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers Support scientists at the cutting edge of biotech by helping them manage their time-sensitive and business-critical orders Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth, efficient order process. Help turn challenges into opportunities to impress by delivering stellar support experiences. Resolving escalations and complaints. Working cross functionally with our sourcing teams to give best in class end-to-end customer service.

What we are looking for?

Strong communication skills written and verbal. Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness under pressure 2 years' experience in a customer service role. A curious, proactive, and positive attitude. A real team player, ready to support your colleagues Experience in the Biotech industry or relevant degree (desirable)
