TM Scotland Fife & The Lothian\xe2\x80\x99s branch are very excited to be working in partnership with one of our clients based in Livingston that is a 3PL fulfilment distribution centre.

Our client is passionate to deliver their services efficiently and effectively to ensure maximum success. Taskmaster are honoured to work on our clients behalf to recruit experienced Order Pickers to add to the team on a temp to perm contract of employment.

Hours of work are one of the following

• Mon to Fri 8am \xe2\x80\x93 4pm \xe2\x80\x93 Ongoing
• Mon to Fri 6am \xe2\x80\x93 2pm \xe2\x80\x93 Ongoing
• Mon to Fri 10pm \xe2\x80\x93 6am \xe2\x80\x93 Ongoing

What does an Order Picker look like within our client?

• Responsible to pick orders efficiently for different customers using warehouse management system
• This role is target based and a clear understanding of this would be shared within interview stage with TM \xe2\x80\x93 Pick rate incentives are in place to work towards
• General housekeeping and facility maintenance \xe2\x80\x93 Everyone is responsible to clean as they go and work together for the better of the working environment
• Ensuring to follow health and safety standards at all times

• Increased pay review after 12 weeks to fully trained Multi Line Order Picker to \xc2\xa312
• Yearly bonus structure based on attendance, efficiency and accuracy \xe2\x80\x93 Payable in February and terms apply that you must be with the company within the full financial year

What we require for you to be considered for our client?

• Excellent work ethic with a can do attitude
• Warehouse / Order picking experience using WHM ideally however not essential \xe2\x80\x93 Full training will be provided
• A reference from a previous employer within the last 2 years
• A team player who wants to join the team and stay long term
• FLT experience would be a massive advantage however not essential as they have an internal trainer
