Job Description

We are currently recruiting for experienced call centre worker/ order processor to work as part of our busy Bangor office.

Temporary 4-5 week contract.

Applicants must be fully flexible, and be available evenings and weekends.

Duties



Assist in the fulfilment of ecommerce orders. Verifying accuracy and preparing data for computer entry. Working with various courier and ecommerce management software. Customer support. Answering phone calls and dealing with email/live chat enquiries.

Essential Criteria



Previous experience of working in a call centre / order processing environment. High level of computer proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Able to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met.
Up to 15 per hour for an experienced person.

Perfect for someone wanting lots of hours for a short period of time. Or someone wanting to top up their existing hours with extra shifts.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
