We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
Maintain up-to-date records of all orders, ensuring data integrity through meticulous data entry.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service and support.
Collaborate with production and drivers to resolve order discrepancies and fulfil customer requests.
Utilise Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, typing, and general office duties as needed.
Receiving visitors at front desk.
Occasionally handling cash payments.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with data entry and clerical duties is advantageous.

Monday-9.30am-4pm
Tuesday- 7am- 4pm
Wednesday - 9.30am - 4pm
Thursday - 10.30am - 6pm

These hours are negotiable and include a daily 30 minute paid break.
