The purpose of this role is to accurately book customer orders and returns onto the company system, ensuring all items are correctly logged and ready for processing by the operations and technical teams. This role is key to maintaining smooth workflows, stock accuracy, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately book in customer orders onto the internal system
Process customer returns, ensuring all required details are captured correctly
Verify order and return information against customer documentation
Ensure all items are correctly assigned and ready for processing
Maintain accurate system records at all times
Flag any discrepancies, missing information, or damaged items to the relevant team
Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth handovers
Follow company procedures and system processes consistently
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using computer systems and internal databases
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills
Previous experience in order processing, administration, or operations (desirable but not essential)
