Order & Stock Administrator (Temporary 6-Month Contract)
Location: Canning Town

The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order & Stock Administrator to manage the flow of order information, support stock accuracy, and maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and logistics providers. This is a temporary 6-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for order information from receipt to delivery
Process and update orders, including changes to quantities and delivery dates
Handle queries related to product codes, pricing, and stock availability
Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) to resolve delivery issues such as shortages and discrepancies
Support stock management processes and ensure data accuracy in SAP and Excel
Assist with planning support activities, including forecasting and product receipt documentation
Monitor and communicate key customer service indicators
Prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment
What You'll Need:
Experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support role
Strong understanding of stock management and order processing
Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Minimum GCSE-level education or equivalent
