The Opportunity




As our Organic Social Media Manager at Nip+Fab, you will be the custodian of the brand across all social channels, curating engaging, results-driven journeys that grow and connect our community. Beginning with Meta, youll lead expansion into TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, developing tailored content strategies based on deep customer insights and analytics. Alongside our Creative and Design teams, youll plan and produce content aligning with influencer, community, and brand initiatives to drive DTC acquisition and loyalty. Youll set and monitor KPIs, ensure seamless collaboration with Paid Media and Influencer teams, and leverage shoots, PR, and events for impactful storytelling. This dynamic, hands-on role is perfect for a creative, data-led Organic Social Media Manager with a make it happen attitude, ready to shape how consumers experience Nip+Fab and contribute to our mission of delivering real results at accessible prices within a fast-paced, independent brand.

Please note we work 4 days a week from our office in W11 and Fridays from home.



Key Responsibilities



Sole responsibility for organic social execution across selected channelsworking with Organic Social Media Executive across remaining channels Responsibility for UK execution and re launching US and Australiaexecution across organic social. Responsible for consistent improvements and consistencies of brandpresentation via organic social and post execution analysis. Executing NPDlaunches and marketing strategies in line with a traditional critical path andgate process for key projects to ensure visibility of your plans across thebusiness along with communication of the results. Play your part in ensuring consistent brand messaging across themarketing funnel in all aspects where organic social plays a role. Workingclosely with all marketing functions to do so. Reporting on performance and commercial objectives, whilst ensuring allactivities meet targets and KPIs agreed with Head of Marketing. Execute process for content and creative briefings in line with strategyand ensure alignment with the Design team where organic social assets will be producedoutside of your team. Build credible and meaningful relationshipswith internal teams to be aligned in strategy with Organic Social, PR, Paid Mediaand the Ecommerce/Wholesale teams with impeccable communication of the brandinfluencer strategy. Manage and develop your knowledge and capability in planning, analysis,strategy and content creation alongside in-depth customer journey withinskincare. Execute copy for all organic, solely owned social content.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:



3+ years in a proven start-up/challenger brand environment of rapid growth, in equivalent role. Proficient in content creation and supporting tools, filming and editing across social platforms. Numerical and literacy skills; Able to demonstrate effective written communication and can make practical use of relevant data to analyse efficiency and optimise ongoing output. Previous experience at this level, particularly in building segmented strategies by channel for a brand with a broad spectrum of consumer profiles. Core analytical skills for evaluating site analytics and customer data to report against business KPI's and provide invaluable insight to senior stakeholders to help shape ongoing marketing strategy and new market strategy. An interest in commercial awareness and knowledge of overall business P&L and strategy. Positive change maker with open approach. Confident speaker, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively across all departments, with agents and partners. * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to achieve more than the status quo.
