, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG)

The role is a 12 month FTC Full time hours Hybrid working - requires 1-2 days in the support centre (M26 1GG) Joining our supportive and experienced team

Your future, your role




As an Organisation Effectiveness Manager, you'll be:

Working with stakeholders from across the business to understand, assess and document current processes, workflows and ways of working, identifying what works well and where there are opportunities to improve efficiency or effectiveness Working with the Head of Org Effectiveness to develop pragmatic recommendations on structure, roles, governance and ways of working Facilitating stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and ways to working Building strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders across the company, acting as a trusted advisor able to challenge constructively

You will need:

Previous organisation design and/or effectiveness experience, including working through digital transformation and with operational teams Experience of working on or with large-scale change programmes Experience working in a people function strongly preferred - eg business partner or org development Previous experience working with job architecture and integrated HCM platforms such as Workday would be beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
