YOU WILL:

Conduct a comprehensive maturity assessment to understand current state and identify areas for improvement Lead the development and implementation of a Pilot/Proof of Concept (POC) program to cover circa 50 key roles Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the framework aligns with the company's strategic objectives and operational needs Demonstrate strong project management skills to deliver the project within agreed timelines and budget Provide expert guidance and recommendations to enhance talent management practices Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, fostering buy-in and support for the initiative

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in HR/career frameworks in Agile organisations, organisational design, and strategic planning Proven track record of successful stakeholder management and change management initiatives Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and drive impactful solutions Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field

Pay: 385.57-400.85 per day
