Job Title Organizational Communications Leader \xe2\x80\x93 Services and Solutions Delivery (Cambridge, MA)



Join the Philips\xe2\x80\x99 Brand and Communications team where you will provide organizational communications support to a 3,000 employee Services & Solutions Delivery organization.

Your role:

• In this role, you will engage with leaders across the Services & Solutions Delivery (S&SD) organization as a strategic advisor for internal corporate communications activity. You will manage the long-term communications activity with planning for big communication moments as well as spur of the moment communications, finding creative ways to express our internal communications across the business.
• You will be responsible for all internal communications, including communications strategy and planning, consulting with top leaders on their communications approaches, written and digital communications, You will support Town Hall meetings, guiding communications around organizational transformation and supporting employee engagement. You will participate in cross-business activities (annual kickoff, major trade shows, etc.) This role requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship and works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• This role offers the ability to work closely with the leadership team, as well as the communications team, with many opportunities to learn and future opportunities for growth within the company.
• This role is a hybrid role located in Cambridge, MA. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.

You\'re the right fit if:

• You\xe2\x80\x99ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Internal Corporate Communications, with experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred.
• Your skills include the ability to manage complex communications processes across a matrixed organization, including communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups, with a proven track record in media relations beyond product PR. Complex problem solving, project management, and organization skills, with an ability to lead internal and external resources. An ability to lead through influence and to work effectively with senior executives and collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world.
• You have a bachelor\'s degree.
