The team have recently completed a Discovery and Alpha as they prepare to deliver a new national recruitment service over the next two to three years.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
The post-holder will lead delivery of the live service ensuring ensuring continuous service provision in national recruitment including 'business as usual' activity as well as implementation of business critical changes associated with the introduction of new policy.
In addition to this, the post-holder will support the transition to a new service and will contribute to the next phase of this work including procurement activity and progressing to Beta stage and beyond.
The post-holder will lead the service team to ensure that there is a clear direction for values, strategies and policies. The post-holder will work with stakeholders, users and third party organisations to translate complex objectives into clear requirements to support service design, delivery and maintenance.
