Full-time Position | Monday to Friday | Permanent Role

Working Hours:

-Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1-hour break)
-Fridays: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
-One full Friday per month will be required; the additional hours worked can be taken off at another time.
-Weekends off

As the Clinic Manager:

You will lead a small and close-knit team. You will engage with patients following the Moonz protocols, for which you will receive training. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills for daily operations, confidence in team management, and a talent for patient care.

Important:

Fluency in Spanish is essential, as we are part of a broader international team and maintain regular communication with our head office in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination. Provide all necessary documentation and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) records to be officially registered as the Clinic Manager. Lead, motivate, and support the team of clinicians and support staff. Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks such as CQC, GDC, GDPR, and others. Manage HR tasks, including recruitment, training, rota scheduling, and performance reviews. Supervise inventory, ordering, and budget control. Develop and implement efficient workflows and protocols to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction. Coordinate with clinicians to optimize clinical efficiency and service quality. Review the daily patient list to stay informed of scheduled appointments and identify sales opportunities. Present monthly sales targets to the team so everyone is aware of goals and expectations. Report directly to the management team and contribute to strategic decision-making.
