Exciting Orthodontic Practice Management Opportunity - South West London

Full Time Position - 40-45K P/A & Performance Related Bonus

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our expanding division Dental Beauty Orthodontics, and manage a

brand-new practice

upcoming in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated dental practice alongside the support of a highly supportive Partner.

Our upcoming practice will high quality NHS & Private Orthodontic treatment; This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop & learn whilst integrating a new practice into the wider group, overseeing ambitious growth plans, and building a dedicated practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office departments and operational team from day one in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge Plan & driving income revenue/targets for the practice, in line with KPI measurables which you'll have full access too Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance management

The Role:

We are looking for a full-time candidate to join us on a 40 hour p/w contract

Working hours may vary within the position to meet the needs of the business, with some evenings & weekends potentially required

About You:

We are specifically looking for a candidate with a Dental Management background, ideally within Orthodontics, but we are also happy to consider a general dentistry background

Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5-star patient experience Commerciality is key! We are looking for a candidate who is confident in leading on practice performance calls, reviewing their own P&L accounts and implementing strategies to ensure improvements are made Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC Dentally software experience is preferred DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
