We are looking for an experienced Doctor Team Leader who can guide and support the daily needs of our doctors across all our clinics nationwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Approving treatment plans, checking patient suitability, and approving any refinements
Being the first level of support for doctors and assistants
Building the team and creating processes to ensure smooth support for frontline doctors
Acting as a liaison between the clinics and our headquarters in Barcelona
Developing training and procedures for the clinical team (dental assistants and doctors)
Training teams on processes and clinical techniques
Monitoring daily quality reports and NPS, ensuring strong performance
Creating and implementing action plans for improvement
Monitoring daily time usage and efficiency of the clinical teams, organizing daily quality checks
Creating and implementing procedures to monitor the quality of hygienists, assistants, and doctors in terms of tool usage and compliance with processes
Managing the most complex patient requests and intervening personally when needed -- through in-clinic visits, calls, video conferences, or emails
Alternating between office work and clinical work when orthodontic support is required
Interacting with patients when clinical operational support is needed
Traveling to clinics across Germany to support the healthcare team
Requirements for success in the role:
Orthodontist with at least 5 years of experience (a dental license is not required)
Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Goal-oriented and quick learner
Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to travel
Full-time availability (40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in German and ability to communicate in either Spanish or English (at least one of the two)
