Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthodontist to join our practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental anatomy and be proficient in the use of CAD and medical imaging technologies. As an Orthodontist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating dental irregularities, helping patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive examinations of patients' teeth, jaws, and facial structures to diagnose orthodontic issues. Develop customised treatment plans using CAD technology to design braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances. Utilise medical imaging techniques to assess dental structures and monitor treatment progress. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of following treatment protocols. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthodontics and participate in continuing education opportunities. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency programme. Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and orthodontic principles. Proficiency in CAD software and medical imaging techniques is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to patients clearly. A compassionate approach towards patient care with strong interpersonal skills.
