The Orthotic Manufacturing Technician will play a key role in the production of orthotic footwear and insoles, ensuring high quality, custom made products that meet patient needs. This role involves working across multiple manufacturing processes, including made-to-measure (MTM) footwear and bespoke Total Contact Insole (TCI) manufacturing. While previous experience in orthotic or footwear manufacturing is beneficial, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, practical skills, and a willingness to learn specialist manufacturing techniques.

Skills & Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in orthotic or footwear manufacturing is beneficial but not essential full training will be provided.
An interest in hands on, practical work within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using tools and machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
Personal Attributes:
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong organisational skills to verify and process orders effectively.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in bespoke orthotics production.
Understanding of health and safety regulations, including PPE requirements.
