Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify musculoskeletal issues and overall health concerns. Develop customised treatment plans based on individual patient needs, utilising manual therapy techniques. Perform osteopathic manipulative treatments to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Educate patients on posture, lifestyle adjustments, and exercises to support ongoing health and recovery. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinical standards and legal requirements. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Stay informed about the latest developments in osteopathy and related fields through continuous professional development.

Requirements

recognised qualification in osteopathy from an accredited institution. Demonstrable knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent manual dexterity and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping. Compassionate approach with a commitment to patient-centred care. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Valid registration with the appropriate professional regulatory body.
