About the Job:

Due to rapid expansion Glass Systems are looking to appoint an out-based Van Driver to our team. You will be employed by our site in Port Talbot, but will be based in Reading.

The role will include meeting our class 1 and class 2 drivers and transferring deliveries from vehicle to vehicle before completing deliveries to our customers. The successful candidate will be reliable, professional, and flexible. The candidate will be making deliveries and collections to and from our customers throughout the UK.

Full training will be provided along with full PPE.

You will be provided with a LWB Mercedes Sprinter van, therefore suitable parking will be required for the safety of the vehicle.

You will be the face of the company and will therefore need to be presentable.
There may be early starts or late finishes, so flexibility is essential.

Shifts:

The shifts available are as follows:
Monday - Friday - Various start and finish times.

The Candidate:

The candidate will have a full Class B licence. They will have Multi-drop and handballing experience and have an excellent geographical knowledge of the UK road network. They will also have experience in loading and unloading will have no more than 6 points on their license, and for insurance purposes must be 21 or over.
