Out of Hours Care Coordinator

Thornbury Community Services (part of Acacium Group)

Bristol, BS99 with hybrid working opportunities

Permanent, Full Time 42 hours a week

Shift pattern - 4 on 4 off, working 12 hour shifts (2 days 07:00-19:00 and 2 nights 19:00-07:00)

\xc2\xa324,500 per annum + bonus (Salary rises to \xc2\xa325,500 after 6 months)

We\'re looking for someone to join us in our Bristol office as a Care Coordinator! We\'re looking for a personable individual with great organisation skills to deliver customer service over the phone and via email, and provide administration support. In this role you will be responsible for completing team rotas and acting as the initial point of contact for any queries with clients, healthcare workers and the wider operations of the business. It is a really rewarding role where your actions can improve peoples lives every day.

Every day you will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Be the initial point of contact for both our clients and candidates by fulfilling routine and complex requests and offering support where needed
  • Ensure client\'s clinical and social needs are met by having selected and maintained the best nurses or carers for their needs
  • Plan rotas and make decisions on nurses\' suitability for particular shifts and availability
  • Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner
