We are looking for a confident individual to compliment our established staff team at Castlegate Childcare. Ideally candidates must be qualified to level 3 in Playwork or Social Services Children and Young People, having working knowledge of the Playwork Principles, GIRFEC and SHANARRI.
Experience in Out Of School Care is desired.
Drivers license preferable
Registration with SSSC and membership with the PVG scheme is required.
Hours will be 2.30pm-6pm Monday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in the setting.
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities through play.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive environment.
Manage daily routines, including school collection times, snack time and play.
Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere.
