We're looking for a commission-only Outbound Customer Retentions Officer to help us reach more clients and expand our portfolio. If you're a self-starter who loves connecting with business owners and closing deals, this role is made for you.

Role Overview:



You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing new web design projects. You'll identify businesses in need of a new website or redesign and present our services in a way that highlights real ROI and brand value.

You'll have full flexibility in how you approach sales -- all we ask is results.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospect and contact potential clients through email, social media, networking, or cold outreach. Identify business owners who would benefit from a professional website redesign or new build. Present tailored proposals and close deals confidently. Communicate client needs clearly to our design and development team. Maintain communication with clients during early project stages to ensure smooth onboarding. Track and report your leads, sales, and commissions.

Ideal Candidate:



Proven experience in sales (preferably web design, marketing, or creative services). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Confident in reaching out to business owners, both online and offline. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial. Basic understanding of websites, design trends, and digital marketing is a plus. Able to manage time and pipeline independently.

Commission Structure:



Call us to discuss commission rates. Bonuses for reaching monthly or quarterly targets. Additional incentives for bringing repeat clients or long-term contracts.
